Classes offered in the off-season only, January-March typically. We do not offer them during the summer, there are no exceptions to this. Join our email newsletter on our home page to receive emails for when tickets become available for the off season.
Tickets can be refunded in full with a cancellation notice of 48 hours. If a cancellation of 24 hours or less notice, we will refund 50% of the original ticket price. There will be no refund for a no-show or no call. To cancel please email us at: info@ackgioia.com.
*Please be advised you will be handling near boiling water, this class is not appropriate for young children due to the nature of how hot the curds get when we are processing.
